Craniofacial Foundation of America

The Craniofacial Foundation of America (CFA) is a nonprofit organization that supports the work of the Tennessee Craniofacial center at T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital and Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  The CFA is dedicated to providing support for individuals with facial disfigurement from birth defects, tumors and trauma.  Support is provided through educational materials, support groups, patient/family events, a weekend family camp and a parent to parent network.  In addition, the Craniofacial Foundation provides financial assistance for non-medical needs (food, travel and lodging) to patients traveling to the Tennessee Craniofacial Center for evaluation and treatment.  It also financially supports the Center's International Medical Program, Project Happy Faces in the Republic of Panama, and provides medical assistance as approved by the CFA's Executive Committee. 

The Craniofacial Foundation of America is approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
