The Craniofacial Foundation loves its volunteers!!! Opportunities to be a part of the foundation exist in the areas of patient services, development and special events and fundraising.
The CFA supports the work of the Tennessee Craniofacial Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Because of the Center’s national and international scope, patients travel from across the United States and from numerous foreign countries for evaluation and treatment. In the area of Patient Services, CFA volunteers often visit patients in the hospital, act as translators, host international families or those who are away from home for an extended period of time. The foundation’s “Bear Hugs” program ensures that every child who is hospitalized receives a stuffed animal or teddy bear during their hospital stay. These stuffed animals are generously donated by volunteers and foundation supporters.
The Foundation regularly hosts special events where volunteers are needed. Our annual Golf Benefit held in May is only one of the opportunities to become involved.
We are constantly expanding the services we offer and welcome ideas for new volunteer opportunities
